I contacted this plumber for a sewer repair (cracked pipe) under the house. This was an easy to repair job and took 1.75 hrs. including going to get pipe. However upon a review of the billing statement, I found a cost of 0ver $142/hr. for the job a ta total of $248.95, This is over $50/hr over the prevailing rate of other contractors. However due to my 100% disability I could ill afford to waste my time calling around because of the sewer leakage. I contacted the contactor afterward, who refused to adjust the rate, based on my observation of the facts. It should br noted that this is price gouging and should not be tolerated. Buyer Beware!
