Great customer service, American owned and operated. Kelsey S its unfortunate that you wore your dress in the red mud. Some stains are just not coming out.

I must disagree. My wife and I have always been treated with courtesy and friendliness. I have always been happy with the service and quality.

Terrible customer service and even worse on sewing. I'll never take sewing or alterations there ever again

Absolutely terrible, very rude, and unprofessional! My wedding dress sat there from February to October, every time I went to ask about it they gave me excuses as to why it wasn't done. Finally when I had enough, picked it up, and was charged for a cleaning when they didn't even do anything to it. I had several other dry cleaners confirm this! They hadn't touched it! When I went to ask for at least my money back to get it done somewhere else, since they had charged us for doing nothing, the owner yelled over me and refused to admit they did nothing, then took it upon himself to throw the dress in my car and rush me out because he had customers coming in. Continued to yell at me from the door and told me he had a thousand customers, so he didn't care. Obviously, yes you don't care. Absolutely disgusted!!!!
