HORRIBLE!!! The stylists are rude, and they can't cut hair! My bangs were butchered! Plus, a simple shampoo job turned out to be a horrible experience for me. My hair felt like straw afterward. Don't go there!!!!

I have tried to get my (short) hair cut there several times by several different people. Only ONE girl was able to cut my hair according to my wishes. The others couldn't cut short hair if their life depended on it. Never going back there. I guess it's true: you get what you pay for. I'll just go and spend more and go less.
