terrible terrible terrible! These people are not in the business of helping us! Fouled up blood work terrible customer service the women in the front office are terrible!

Worst doc office in cartersville needs to be shut down

They need to get their scheduling down better. I do not want to have to wait two hours to see the doctor. Also the people there do not make eye contact or bother to smile. They don't even smile at each other. I'm wondering if anyone there is happy.

The women in the front office are highly incompetent. On four occasions I have had trouble with their laziness and lack of concern for their patients. This office serves as a halfway house for the doctors until they find something better. I will not return!

I have severly high blood pressure, and I have been taking the same medication for 8 years. I do not have the money at this time for the 40.00 office visit, so I asked them if they could call a months supply of the medication until I could get the money to come in. They refused to help me. I will be very sick in a few days
