I've lived in Cartersville since 1999, and I've always gone to that theater just because I was younger and couldn't drive myself to Cobb county.



The new look is nice, and it really is nicer inside than it ever was before---awful!

but the customer service is just sad & everything is over priced.



I seriously hate going to this theater.

I take my family to this theatre every two weeks, until now. The last time i went I asked to get a slush drink in a large cup that came with the family snack pack that cost $11.50 and offered to pay the difference to have it in a large cup. The General Manager came and told me I could not have it in a big cup although i offered to pay for it. That's not good customer service, mind you one of the workers had given it to me before he took over two weeks prior. bad...bad...bad service
