Had 2 cleanings without the dentist even looking at my teeth. After first visit I signed a treatment plan for my upper teeth to be completed and a second treatment plan for the lower teeth to be then be done. First thing done was one filling on top. Was then supposed to have 3 extractions done dental surgeon who I never saw. This was done by there dentist. A tooth with nothing wrong with it was loosened during the procedure. I was preparing for a partial. Went back for the impressions which they did without a check from the dentist. When I went back I was told that the loose tooth needed to come out and I might not be able to use the partial we had agreed upon. I told them I wanted to weigh my options and come back. When I went back they told me I could not do anything else about the partial until I completed all the work on the bottom. I did get an immediate partial at the time of the extractions and it had broken for the 2nd time. I asked for it to be repaired again. They told me it could not be repaired because it was only made for temporary use. When I began to question them I was told they could repair but I must pay for it. I would never use them again

Went to Aspen Dental and was told they participated in my dental plan. Paid about $3000 cash. Insurance claims were denied because dentist was not participating provider. Claims were submitted in the name of a dentist I never was seen by. Claims were made for services not actually rendered and for services that that did not meet standard of care.

I went to my 6 month cleaning. They told me since it was 7 months I would have to pay a $38 fee for the dentist to examine my teeth that normally is free with the cleaning. When I asked why, they said it was because I was over my 6 months & it was the law, the bi-laws that the doctor had to check your teeth. I said that never in my life had I heard of such, that the exam of the teeth came with the cleaning. Once again I was told because I was at 7 months I would have to pay for that exam. I explained to them twice, loudly the 2nd time, that my husband had had a stroke 1-2-16. They did not care! They were still going to make me pay for the dentist to look at my teeth, which should have been free! I said I can't believe you people. I am leaving and will not ever be back! They didn't care about our family and the hard time we have had this year, all they cared about was their $38. Well, they lost that $38, the cleaning fee they from the insurance & Steve & I as patients!

This dentist left part of a tooth in my mouth after extracting the other part. Then they said I didn't pay my bill??? I think he should pay me back my money!!!
