They are all truly animal lovers. they treated my dogs as tho they're royalty. the staff also are very friendly and helpful they talk to you as a pet lover not as a paycheck. They explain things to you and dont assume you know what to do with the care of your babies

We love our dog, Hope! Our visits are usually fun and entertaining for us adults anyway! We know our animals are well taken care of by all of the staff. Thank you!

I brought my dog here on an ER appointment as her vet could not see her for an emergency minor surgery I signed off on whatever they needed to do involving the surgery only and left. Received a phone call she was ready about an hour later, showed up to find they had flushed her ears and placed an antibiotic ointment in her ears without my consent. My dog has lost her hearing now, and the dr and the office will not take responsibility for their actions. I had to pay an additional $72 to reverse what the antibiotic had done, hopefully. This is not the first time a dog has lost their hearing due to this medication so why are they using it?! And making the patient pay for their mistakes. If I were you double check that you know what they're doing to your dog before they take them. I will be filing a complaint with the board of vets and going much further as a private meeting with the dr did not get me anywhere and the manager Sean made an appointment to see me on his day off to top it off!

It really doesn't get any better this hospital has amazing staff, is cleaner and smells better then any other hospital or boarding facility in this area and the front desk staff is warm and inviting. My pets love to go to SVH and the staff and Doctors truly seem to care about my dogs.

FYI: Heard some very nice things about your Hospital the other night at dog class..Talked to a lady that has two dogs and goes to your place all the time....Thinks very highly of you all...Just thought I would share this with you...Keep up the good work.....and.....Thanks for all you do for the animals....

The staff was really nice to work with they recommended the best for me. Prices were not a problem to me they did inform me all of what they were doing to Fluffy. A high five to your vet.

I used Sierra recently for boarding instead of veterinary services and it was also a great experience! This is my dogs vet so I felt comfortable leaving them here while I went out of town as well. Thanks for having such a great facility!
