If you're looking for a company who cares and is eager to help this isn't the place to go. The salesman I spoke to made it seem like a huge inconvenience to help... if you are looking for a place to buy something and you already know exactly what you want and don't need any assistance now or in the future maybe this is your place. Personally, I prefer a company who's there to do more than just swipe your card

horrible horrible HORRIBLE service!!....

do NOT bring your bike here for service or you will be

VERY sorry....if you are masochistic, this is the shop for you!

These service guys and the management at this shop are

SO inept and SUCH hacks, I've never experienced such a

lack of professionalism....if it wasn't so frustrating, I would

have a hearty laugh.

unbelievable that these guys are even in business.

BEWARE.

I purchased a new 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Classic in Bismarck, ND. I took it in for the break-in check and two subsequent oil changes. I since changed the oil and filter myself. The only problems I had with the bike is when I used the cut-off switch to turn it off about two years ago and the battery went dead. I haven’t experienced any other problems with the bike. I took it to MCW several months ago to purchase new tires since I still had the original tires on it. These are the problems I experienced at MCW:

• They said they did not carry my tires in stock so had to order them.

• When the tires came in, I took the bike back to MCW and after leaving it there for 2 hours they told me they could not get a caliper bolt off and were going to have to break it. However, they did not have the bolt in stock and had me order two bolts.

• When the bolts came in I took the bike back to MCW and they said the tires I had were the wrong ones and asked me if I brought them in. I told MCW that they ordered the tires and we’ve been waiting for the bolts to come in so they could install them. My bike was on the rack with the tires off and would have to order the correct ones.

• Several days later I receive a call from MCW and was told everything was fixed.

• I traveled to Carson City, picked up my bike (after issues with the billing – they said they should have charged me more labor because it took longer since they ordered the wrong tires) and drove back home which is about 10 miles away and placed back in the garage.

• About 4 days later I decided to go for a ride and the rear brake caliper fell off thereby placing my life in danger.

• I entered a BBB complaint and MCW said that was the first time they heard of it and to bring it back in.

• I fixed it myself because 1. I don’t trust them, and 2. I was told by a reputable dealer to think of that experience as a lesson learned because they don’t focus on Kawasaki products and don’t have the expertise to fix them.

• Lesson learned…

New Owners Ruined a Great Business

SALESMEN ARE GREAT, owner and their approach and service are horrible. Walked in to make over $30,000 sale. Was told I had to pay fees for Credit Card when I did not ask for one penny off anything. Just good service. Owner negotiated deal with salesperson from his office in back while I sat alone on the sales floor time and time again. When I asked to speak to owner, he sent someone else and would not come out to discuss a $30,000 transaction with a customer. Transaction took over 3 hours. Had issue within first day and owner would not even address it, respond to it at all. I was told to go somewhere else.

I would think twice before walking into that store. It would be in his best interest to take down the "under new ownership" banner on the highway.

I was insulted as a customer that a business owner would not come out of his office to discuss a sale and ask me to pay his credit card fees. When you have 15 of the items sitting in crates in the back and we are in a recession and "toy" sales are down, you would think a customer would get treated with an ounce of respect from a new owner.
