I again ask you to please return my large red handled clippers. You have not got back since my previous phone request to return this item. I am getting concerned and I really need this implement. Thank you

Ismael and his crew did a fabulous job on the first half of project. Rehired him for the second half and couldn't be happier. I needed gravel laid for the entire back yard. Wow, such a total transformation into a clean and sharp landscape. Ismael has a great customer service attitude. Trying to think of future projects in the future.

Avoid Ismael and HIM unless you enjoy having your day wasted by someone else or being treated extremely badly. Ismael missed our 9 a.m. appointment. We rescheduled for 4 p.m. He missed that appointment too. His "I'm not happy until you are happy" motto became even more ridiculous and inaccurate when he didn't show up for our 5:30 p.m. appointment, didn't call and then stopped answering his phone. Ismael stinks.

Amazing work by them! They did a great job with consistency, time management, and quality. Thanks guys! Recommend them to anybody who is looking for quality landscaping!
