My husband & I had a TERRIBLE experience at this Subway on the morning of October 2nd, 2010. When my husband and I walked in there were no other customers, three people behind the counter, and five children running around a very small store without any supervision. The kids were running around and bumped into my husband and I multiple times while we were trying to place our order, and NO ONE said anything! While placing our order the two people helping us were concious at best (giving me ONE strip of bell pepper and when I asked for more he added one more strip)! Getting our orders added together (since we were the only customers there) was difficult for him, and he gave us three different prices before realizing that we were together (with children still running around, beltching, smearing their faces on the glass and bumping into us). We decided to go eat in our car, parked just outside, since the seating was being used by the kids as a playground. As we were in our car, the third woman from behind the counter gathered some of the kids and began piling them into her car next to us when one of her older children swung open the car door and hit our car very hard, leaving a ding! My husband jumped out of our car and called the woman's attention to the fact that her child had just dinged our car and she came over and yelled at her child in Spainish, didn't even look at our car or my husband (much less appologize), and got back into her car and drove away. At this point my husband went back into the restaurant to ask who the manager was and the two people behind the counter said the woman with the children that just drove off was the manager! He then asked who was the owner and they said they had no idea! This exact restaurant is the reason that we will NEVER eat at a Subway again and plan to tell my experience to as many people as possible!
