Do not believe Warren when he says "Trust me".
Got the pool plastered from him and he was suppose to do additional work on fill line, mastik, mist sprinkler as per contract but didn't do all this. He has been delaying for long time
As per contract he was suppose to treat the pool for one month but never put any chemicals not treated it
Never pay a single penny unless the job is completely done. Don't pay even after half the work is done.
Had got the new hosing pump from him and had warrant for one year and it's leaking now and he promised to have a look at it. He hasn't seen it yet.
Warren keeps on saying "He is a man of his words".
Do not believe an iota of it, he will disappear once you pay him, Never returns calls. If someone is charging extra money it would be a peace of mind for getting the job done. With Warren all your hard earned money is will be a waste. He gulped $5500 for crap work he did.
His work is pathetic

If I could do it again, I would shop around for a different vendor. Paid top dollar, yet going on the better part of two months waiting for this vendor to finish the punch list. His inaction has cost me an additional $500. Sent numerous messages and left voice mails, yet I have only heard from the vendor once to tell me as soon as he finished another job he would be out. There are numerous other pool companies out there who follow through on their commitments.
