Customers BEWARE!!! Poor service & poor customer service. Bought a pair of white dress pants specifically for a party on a Saturday, had them cleaned here and picked up Tuesday, went to get dressed for the party on Sunday and the white crisp slacks were pale pink. Bought them specifically for this party and couldn't wear them. Which they could not believe someone would buy an outfit for one event. Lots of us women do! I asked for reimbursement of the pants and was accused of trying to get a free pair of pants. Did I discolor them? No they did. I provided the receipts showing time frame of events and even my invite to a very exclusive upscale party. Manager said they would bleach them white but that does me no good since the party was over. I went feeling underdressed and a little uncomfortable. Dress slacks are not something I normally wear or would rewear. No reply to my emails and no phone calls to address the problem.

Wow- i had been searching for a fab cleaners- i recently moved here to the big D. To my surprise I found a great gem. Super prices and the quality of work solid. And seems family run- which is a bonus- anyhoo fantastic customer service and drive thru as a bonus- shut UP~ highly reco them.
