I was very disappointed when I picked up a comforter and there was damage on it that looked like it had been scrubbed until the fabric tore or it was touched by something so hot it burned the fabric. The owner was certain that I brought it in that way, even though she did not check in the fabric when I brought it in, nor did she clean it. But, she was sure of that "fact". This was a brand new Calvin Klein $200 comforter that we used when we showed our home...it got a stain on it and it came back ruined. She wouldn't even give me anything like I'm sorry, or I'll talk to the people who cleaned it...nothing. She charged me and said I brought it in damaged. So, she just bought her boss a day in small claims court. If she'd been nicer or even promised to investigate, that would have been better than what I received...a rude runaround and accusations.
