My experience has been wonderful! Friendly staff who are quick. Dry cleaning is top notch and I have never been disappointed.

Let's make this short and to the point - I use them when I absolutely have to simply for the convenience of being close to the office. (And that's rarely)

They've lost my entire order (approx 40+ pieces) though eventually found several days later. Apparently the client is responsible for knowing their employees well enough to be able to tell them who you dropped your cleaning with.

They have damaged an item or two but would take no accountability nor the cost to repair.

The level of service the last I went in there (approx 2wks ago) seemed to have maybe improved but I like I said before it's a rare occasion /emergency use - otherwise they have very poor service and the owner if you are able to get in touch be it phone or going to the location doesn't give a damn what his customer's concerns or issues are.

I'd advise to take a look at other reviews and comments listed online - they do not have a good rapport!
