We have 2 dogs and have been taking them here for a while and they LOVE it! They have been going every other week for doggie daycare and its like summer camp to them. They don't want to leave when I come to get them after work.

The prices are super reasonable and they will take care of your dog like it's one of their own.

I suggest this place to all my friends with dogs.

We made reservation this morning at 8:30am and took our dogs for a daycare and kicked out from the dog resort. Brittney, the manager of the store said they have never received the call there is nothing they can do about it. She wasn't even let me have any contact info for upper management. She said she is the only manager and she is the only person that I can talk to. I even have a screen shot of call that I made. I told her multiple time that I have a proof that we called and she was still keep saying we didn't receive the call. Also I don't know why but as soon as we said it was our first time they said they are booked.

I have been taking my dogs to Benny's for almost three years now and they love it! We take them for daycare a couple times a month and also kennel them there when we are on vacation. The dogs are always super excited when we arrive and run straight outside. (This is saying a lot because one of my dogs, a sheltie, is really shy). When we leave, they are sufficiently exhausted from playing : ) Prices are very reasonable and the people who were work there are always friendly and know the dogs by name. Wouldn't go anywhere else and have not had any bad experiences during the three years we have been going.

I've been to Benny's 6 times now, and as much as I like Benny and his facility, his staff is a real downfall. At least half of them are quite rude. Having worked in customer service most of my life and owning my own small business, I know how important customer service is. I also certainly understand how everyone can have a bad day. That said, I wrote a very heartfelt and polite letter to Benny to tell him of my troubles (since he is never there) and asked for a refund. He has yet to respond. Not a good way to do business. I don't want some of these young ladies with very poor attitudes around my dog, and I don't want to continue using them now that I've complained. I also don't want to be treated as if I am a nuisance when I have been nothing but polite to them, and oh, by the way, I PAY THEIR SALARY! Waiting on my refund, Benny!

The employees are very courteuos and polite and they are very good with Holly. Holly always likes coming there, the service is always excellent and great toknow that she will be taken care of during her stay. A+++

More than what I like about Pet Stay and Play, what is important to me is what Jake thinks about it. We drive from Arlington for him to stay there when I���m out of town even though there are plenty of places for him to go within 5 miles of my apartment. He loves Pet Stay and Play. He knows when we exit on Beltline from 35 where we are going���.he gets absolutely ecstatic. That���s all I need to see to know that Pet Stay and Play is the best in Dallas. As far as what I like ��� the price is very reasonable, the hours are perfect for me, the people obviously love our dogs and treat them as well as we do, and I love to get the emailed pictures of what my baby did when I was away. Thanks Benny ��� really ��� in my opinion you really are the best in Dallas���

Benny and his staff at Pet Stay and Play are wonderful with my precious dog. He loves to go to "school" and has a great time with his friends. They take great care of him during the day, and I can always have faith that they are catering to his unique personality. Its a lifesaver!
