Provided by YP.comAmerican Indoor is a company that regularly deceives its customers. If you are a Coach -- I recommend you DO NOT engage in any business with this company or use its facilities. My first hand experience with this company is the following:
On Feb. 2nd , I asked about renting their big field and was told the price was $110 for the whole field and $60 for the half. I requested the half field and prepaid $180 for three practices.
On Feb. 8th, I attempted to reconfirm my reservation and they had completely lost any record of it. The person at the front desk remembered my initial reservation and reinstated it for half of the big field -- or so I thought.
On Feb 9th, my team showed up for practice and our professional Skills Coach and I were about to start practice when we were told that we need to move to the small practice field. This field is inferior to what we pre-paid. It has no goals and is less then half the size of what I pre-paid. It was obvious we were being bumped for another team who was willing to pay for the full big field. It was also obvious that this company was engaged in a “Bait and Switch” and has violated the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act. I contacted several Coaches who use this facility and they all agreed that this company regularly moves teams around to maximize their own revenue while not honoring their reservations. The company pretends to not know about your reservation and erases it if another team is willing to pay more.
This unscrupulous behavior is obviously to the determent of a Coach's practice and more importantly to the detriment of the kids who use the facility. I will not use this facility again once my pre-paid reservations are used. I will also contact other Coaches who have encountered these deceptive practices and understand the total damages we have incurred. I suggest that you stay away as a Coach or Player. Based on the reputation of this place – it won’t be in business very long.

Provided by YP.comFacility is not disabled-friendly, the turf is in bad shape. The staff and referees are arrogant and do not enforce rules fairly, preferences with some teams. Fees are expensive, and service is not worth it. Change schedules at last minute. Go to Blue Sky or another indoor league.

Provided by YP.comIf you sign your kid up for a sport, you should know that they require you to pay double (to get 2 id cards) or you must keep up with which parent is driving and which parent has the card. If you are divorced, you pretty much just pay double. When I asked for a break on this, the owner was just rude. Not only did I not register my kid, I won't go back, and I repeat my story to everyone (being a Cubmaster, that gives my a large audience).
I'm sorry, but we do not require multiple cards for a child. As long as any player, be it youth or adult, is on a roster, we can check them in at the front desk. North Texas Soccer Association facilities do require you have a card at every game, but we do not.
