ive went there several times never a problem always polite and they will go the extra mile my whole family goes there and they always give vetran discounts they also will go beyond what there supposed to do they changed my dads tire when he had a flat 20 mins away from the shop and didnt have an attitude or anything my dad cant get around to good still nobody stopped to help and when he showed up changed it didnt try to ask for anything in return and you have to tell them what you want if you dont know what you want like gregs wife guess thats her fault for not knowing if she wanted that stuff checked its called full service but guess they wasnt smart enough to tell them that and they work on my brothers 85k dollar truck and always good so maybe you should realize what your talking about before you slander them when there is two or three ppl that run it i always get atleast the one tall guy hes always nice and always talks to my kids and sometimes gives them a free hotwheel if he has them there so id really recommend getting your oil changed there and i really doubt that you had your oil plug fall out why not go back and tell them that but bet you didnt because its all false information hes giving thanks and god bless

These guys are idiots ,, one guy has his wife and kids there and she seems irritated whenever someone pulls up for an oil change and he assures her that he will hurry up . Another time there was a new guy supposedly being trained and he kept asking the other guy questions but the other guy seemed irritated because he was playing with his phone. My girlfriend went there and told him she didn't know what she needed done but she was in the system, they didn't even look her up or check any of her fluids , air filter , etc . They just changed her oil and sent her on her way . I sent my nanny to get the oil changed in the car that she drives my kids around in and the oil pan plug fell out and lost all oil due to them not tightening it ..we now drive a 2 hour round trip to canton to get our oil change rather than risk dealing with this place which is a mile away from my house ,, what a bunch of idiots! What a disgrace,, I don't think I'll be bringing them my new $60,000 truck lol , it's the most pathetic thing I've ever seen

Pulled In to get oil changed sign on door said back in 15 min been almost 45 min nobody here. 6 cars came and left including me not very good service.

My service was excellent. The gentleman was very kind and thoughtful. Took special care to check all fluids and even my tire pressure which I am ashamed to say all my tires were low on air. Truck drive wonderful now. Thanks for great service. Cathy
