First off, I've been with this company 6 months. I had a Saturn with liability on it and paid $94 September 1st.. when my car went out and I had to get a car with payments I had to pay $194 on September 22nd.. I gave her two $100 bills and figured the remaining six would go to my next month's payment. Well.. I got my receipt in the mail and it says I gave her $194.. and now I'm supposed to pay $303 by October 13th and resign my policy? So.. that's right at $600 for 2 months plus MY $6 from the 22nd. I might give a higher rating when they can explain why I'm paying $600 for 2 months and where my $6 went.

I love my insurance girl that I have threw velox she's always there when I need her and ready for anything.
