I went online to get a insurance quote and was not please with the quote so I move on to another company. 5 minutes later I get ta call from a # I didnt know so i sent it to voicemail. So After i listen to the message a hour later turns out it was from State Farm and they have a better Quote for me. So the following day I emailed the agent to see this quote he had for me but to no avail did i receive it in my email. So i told them to stop contacting me wasting my time and they should state the quote if they claim they have a better one in my email/voicemail. So this was the response :

"I apologize for your inconvenience and I will no longer contact you. I would love to take the time to explain to you why I don’t “leave a quote on a voicemail or email” to someone who is searching for insurance. I try to get a hold of my clients to have a needs based conversation and collect all the correct information I can before I just throw out a random quote like most companies these days do. I like to make sure that my clients are properly protected based off their current financial condition and are not to be held liable to pay out of pocket if they were at fault in a serious accident. That way when (not if) one of my clients does get into a serious auto accident, State Farm will be liable for that accident. So if you think that I’m “wasting your time” by trying to collect information to make sure that you and your family are properly protected in the event of a serious accident, then State Farm may not be the company for you........ I appreciate your feedback but it was respectfully declined. Have a great day!"



So I'm like why even give the public the option to get a quote online if the only "real way" is to do it over the phone?



This agency is very rude And I would never recommend them to anyone.
