My roof had suffered from years of neglect. Thank You Tom for giving me back my house with a great job of repair and roofing below my budget , with craftmanship and on time. Tom will always be my Roofing Man and would recommend His services to anyone.

Tom Perkins Roofing will be my choice for any future roofing needs. I have three houses on adjacent properties that required new asphalt shingle roofs. Two jobs were only re-shingling, and the third required additional decking work. After doing some online research, I contacted Tom about the jobs. He visited the properties and assessed the jobs and worked up estimates and a plan. We agreed on a contract, and his crew arrived on site soon after. 
 
Tom has a wealth of experience and knowledge in roofing and other areas. He is a very personable guy and great to work with. His assessment and planning was done with high quality work at a fair price in mind. I was comfortable working with him and having him do the roofing jobs. His crew is quick and effective at what they do. Tom and his crew leader insist on proper roofing procedures to result in attractive, well built, leak free results. The crew completed all three houses in just four days. The roofs look great and the crew did a good cleanup after the jobs. 

I heartily recommend Tom Perkins for roofing.  It's not like working with a business, it's more like working with a friend.

Tom's crew did a wonderful job replacing the roof on my house. He and his crew showed up, on time, and did what he said he would do. The crew spent a LOT of time cleaning up nails and debris from my yard and around the house.

I recently had a leak in my chimney area. I called Tom Perkins Roofing and Mr Perkins arrived quickly and found the cause almost immediately.
I was highly impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Mr Perkins and his crew. The repair included reflashing the chimney and building a "cricket" behind the chimney to help shed the rain water. I could not have asked for more craftsmanship or a quicker response.
I would highly recommend Mr. Perkins and his crew for any roofing or repairs. Quality and craftsmanship at a more than reasonable price!!

I highly recommend Tom Perkins Roofing Contractor. He and his crew replaced the roof on my parents home in Bremen. There was a need for some extra wood repair and Tom quoted that work for us too. This attention to detail was very much appreciated. He completed the job in two days and delivered a finished project exactly as he committed. He and his crew delivered quality work within the budgeted quote. When complete with the installation, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. They were all very polite and professional.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my new roof! Tom and his crew did a wonderful job with explaining what the issues were, how they planned to fix them, and documenting all the work with photos along the way. They were super careful and respectful of my property and the cleanup was superb!! I had a hole in my roof from tree damage and a good bit of rotted wood that needed replacing. It was raining in my house! The extra wide eaves were sagging all along the front and back of the house. My chimney was improperly flashed which caused some rotting of chimney boards too. They fixed every single issue and Tom called me and explained every problem and the fix they had planned for it. My roof looks better than it did when I had the house built 30 years ago and I’m sure it will weather the years better since Tom went back and fixed things like they should’ve been done to start with! My eaves no longer sag, my chimney is step flashed to properly divert water, the ridge vent is properly installed, my chimney cap is painted to stop any rusting, my vent pipes are properly caulked and painted to prevent rust, and all the rotted wood is replaced with plywood- not cheap osb board. It needed much more wood replaced than I had hoped or budgeted for and Tom understood and was very generous with his pricing of the additional work - he really does want to leave you with the best roof possible! He is on time, does what he says he will do, and really cares about his customers, his crew, and his reputation!! Choose Tom for your roofing needs- he won’t tell you what you want to hear- he will tell you what you need to fix it properly or he just won’t do the job. He doesn’t generally do new construction because he’s not about to cut corners! A roof is so important and there are so many ways to do it cheaply that leave you with problem after problem. His knowledge of roofs is second to none. I plan on doing other projects with Tom and if you’re smart you will choose him too!

Excellent roofing company. Very efficient and timely. Crew left no mess behind. Tom has experience and does quality work. You get what you pay for.

Had a great experience with Mr. Perkins. Had several leaks in our house, Mr. Perkins came out and talked over all of them with an estimated price. They were able to fix the leak quickly and ended up completing the work for less then they thought it would be. Very honest and well experienced. Would recommend for any roofing needs.

Mr. Perkins gave me a fair price for a roof replacement job and delivered on everything we agreed on. His crew did a very good job and let me know of problems as they were found. They did a good job of protecting the shrubbery and flowers around our house and did a good job of clean up when they finished the job.
