TOTAL HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! They were going to charge me $700 for a part that cost $189. my HVAC guy ordered it from the same supply house they went through and had it to me the next day. I put it in my own furnace in 5 minutes by screwing 3 screws with a flathead screwdriver and my heat was up and running. But of course they told me my furnace was shot and it was a horrible system and that they would give me a good deal on a whole new system. Keep in mind it took them a full 24 hours to even get back with me on the price why my family froze to death in our home. I will never in my life ever do business with these people again and I will strongly recommend nobody else does either. Lance Ivy from Ivey mechanical is the ticket. He's honest and transparent

Would not hire again. Numerous problems with the installation of a top of the line Carrier system. The latest problem (today) was a clogged drain trap that the tech said wasn't even needed. Two days later water is everywhere again. Air returns were installed at the floor which sucks in dust like crazy. Installed a 1 inch filter which clogged every three weeks and had to come out to redo a 4 inch filter (which at least they did for no additional charge). Hot and cold spots throughout the home, even with supposedly the best HVAC money can buy.



Everyone there is really nice and usually the things do eventually get fixed. Maybe our home is just the random exception but all I can review is our actual experience and it has been generally poor or worse. Going to see if Ragsdale is any better.

Not very well-organized. Fairly expensive. Beyond that, work is satisfactory.
