My wife and I were very pleased with the sales and delivery staff at our local Mattress Mart in Carrollton. We were provided good information regarding their selection and ultimately purchased a Sealy queen mattress set. We are very pleased with the product and excellent service we were provided before, during and after the sale. Thanks!!

I'd really give this place 4 stars, but I wanted to offset that 1 star a bit more. I bought a Sealy Posturepedic in October of 2011 from a man named Justin, who was more than helpful and understanding. It took me three weeks to decide on which mattress to buy, and he answered every question I could think of, and let me try them for as long as I wanted. I think if you're going to impulse buy, you should just buy something online, so you can ship it back anytime you want. BUT, if you want to talk to someone who really knows what they're talking about and will help you find the right mattress for you, then this is the best place in Carrollton I could find. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends.

I bought Simmons Beautyrest World Class Dade River,Visco Plush/ Firm.on 04/30/10 from a young man name Stephen who was helpful while I was purchasing the $1,349.00 w/o taxes mattress. I call back a week later and speak with Stephen telling him the firm mattress is not working out it's was causing greater back pain.I ask if there was something he could do and his answer was no you just need to give it three weeks like a new pair of shoes.Idon't know about you but I'm not going to wear a pair of shoes for 3 weeks that hurt my feet.He said they didn't take back a mattress if it's just not comfortable.He didn't offer to have me speak with any one else he just wanted to end the phone call. If you buy from Mattress mart of Carrollton you are stuck with what you get
