The whole staff from the receptionist to the dentist was very rude and unprofessional. I read a bunch of bad reviews before I went there but I made an appt. anyway. That was a big mistake.

I was aware when I went that the visit was free if you had no insurance, which I did not. If I had insurance I would certainly have expected them to file on it. The team was great and everyone was very professional. I had all my teeth removed and my very first set of teeth put in. Having this done is a journey and I am happy to be on it. They have told me, and also shown me, that if need any adjustment or have any questions they were there to help. I expect it will take about 6 weeks to adjust to my new teeth, but doing good so far.

Will never use Aspen Dental again. Staff and dentists were decent, office manager is unprofessional. Promotional free first visit and x-rays are for people without insurance which is not explained on site or on the website. The office manager informed me that they were required by law to file with the insurance company. A quick call to the insurance commissioner proved that to be a lie. Bottom line, my insurance should not have been billed and I should have been given the free first visit as advertised without hassle. The office manager didn't seem to comprehend my problem and offered only excuses and lies.
