I've used this repair service a couple of times. Not the warmest delivery of service, but very knowledgable and efficient. They obviously don't believe in wasting time, neither yours or theirs. The service man was very upfront about the cost and at one point even told me that it was not cost effective to repair my old machine whereas many others would have taken the job for the money no matter the cost. I chose to fix it because I like this machine better than what is available today. He asked me several questions and told me I would not hear back from him until he had the parts in hand to schedule the appointment because he couldn't do anything without them. He then made one visit and my problem was fixed. I couldn't find a listing for Cherokee a couple of years later when my dryer broke but my warranty company sent the job out and it happened to be the same man. Again, the same procedure by phone. But, he called me back and came out the next day and fixed it because it needed a common part which he had on hand. Aside from being a bit rough around the edges and blunt in speaking, I have no complaints. I can recommend and would call them for service again.
