I had a bad experience with seller Mandy. She steered me towards a expensive carrier and discouraged me from getting other better, less expensive choices. My newborn baby and I never got used to what she sold to us. Unfortunately new mother's life is busy and could not return the item on time. When trying to resale the item, the same seller offered me 1/4 of the purchase price (for a BRAND NEW ITEM), how is that possible when they are selling USED carriers for 3/4 of the original price?
