If you are like me, you dread taking your car in for any type of work, including body work. I usually cringe while waiting for the price, which is usually even higher than I'm expecting and the service is subpar. I have an Audi A6 that I wanted to get some body work done, had taken it to another shop in town, and quickly left after the price I was quoted for just a portion of the work. Then, I found out about KNS and read the reviews. I was skeptical, but decided to go for an estimate. I met Keith, who was friendly, honest, and completely different than just about anyone I've met in the car business. I had a number in mind, and Keith blew me away with his quote. I had work to be done on the front and rear bumper, plus some blending on 1 of the quarter panels. Price for all the work was 1/2 of what I was quoted for just the front bumper by another shop. I just picked the car up and the work they did on my car is spectacular. Keith went above and beyond what was quoted, but didn't charge me any extra. It's so rare to meet someone so honest and fair. KNS will be my "go to" for any future work I need done on any of my vehicles and I couldn't recommend Keith and his business enough. Don't bother with other body shops, head straight to KNS. I can't remember the girls name at the front desk, but she is very friendly and fun to talk to. Everyone there I met treated me great and the turn around was quick!

I was in a minor accident due to bad weather and I asked a co-worker if she knew of a good body shop. She referred me to KNS auto collision in Carrboro. Not only was the staff friendly but I actually spoke and dealt with the owner (Keith Newman) personally. He gave me a quote that was better than the rest I had researched online. My Car was done in a timely fashion and looked like new. Thank you Mr. Newman and the staff at KNS.

I took my car into KNS to get some work done after a fender bender. From the moment I walked in the door the service was nothing less than excellent. My car was done before the estimated time, and look amazing. I would use this business again if I needed. I have recommended it to several of my co workers and friends. I have had the opportunity to visit KNS Automotive twice-- in each case because of a rear end collision. Its owner Keith is congenial and willing to answer all my questions. The work performed on my Camry was completed promptly and my insurance adjustor said that Keith was most helpful in making his appraisal. I would never hesitate to return to KNS--although I hope it will not be necessary. John Cameron
