I love sushi here,I wish there is more kitchen menu but tasty everything!

First, I am a South East Asian, a real one who is not an Asian-born american. What I can tell is that the food here is not for most of international students with asian palates.

Dry (literally dry!), bland and expensive. Though fish are fresh and sushi rice has a good quality, the imagination of dressing, sauce and the way things are combines to make a good dish is SUPER LOW (well, at least way lower than what I imagine I would pay for).

This might taste good to local people but not for me and all of my friends. Try the one around the Target store close to the Southpoint Mall, you pay for what you deserve

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the Chapel Hill Carrboro area. Very inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and great Japanese food. Sushi is very good here! If you are looking for something other than Top-O in Chapel Hill, head to Carrboro to Akai Hana--

It's not the most attractive place but the sushi has been good when I've been there. I thought it was pricey for what you get.
