He gives an estimate for woodworking/renovation, signs a contract, takes your deposit $$, then has a way of trying to change the contract, or just walks off the job with YOUR $$. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH JOE GRAHAM, 1878 OLD TYME HARDWOOD FLOORING, OR GEORGIA MOUNTAIN HARDWOODS. You, too, can end up in court. He is incompetent: I have proof that he cannot add 4 digit numbers accurately. Check the Franklin County Superior Courthouse records.
