Associate "Jaclyn" refused to give me our photos on (7/27/18) without the contract from my wedding photographer on file at that specific Walmart location. We have been married for a year.

I ordered via Walmart.com and have successfully been mailed wedding photos on multiple occasions with zero issues or questions. Why does "Jaclyn" suddenly need our financial ($$$ spent is personal info!) contract on file (she made us print and sign a copy of our contract from our wedding photographer so she could put it "on file" at "this location only")? Not okay!!!

If the contract issue was actually a problem, why wait until the order was PRINTED at the physical store (and available for pick-up) before notifying us? I would have brought the physical contract with me to talk to a manager about if this was brought to my attention before driving to the store twice in one night. Luckily we found a digital copy (sorry, we don't have arbitrary year+ papers on the top of the file pile at home)....I don't feel okay that "Jaclyn" has a signed copy "on file" now.

Not necessarily and very intrusive. We spent enough on wedding photos as it is!

The photo quality is borderline acceptable at best, but not as sharp as the quality of the mail order prints I have ordered and received in the past (with zero issues or questions about our fulfilled contract from a year ago-just sayin').

I guess I will utilize the online order and home shipping option in the future. I would rather deal with online customer service than the severely lackluster help (or lack of help or options) from this store's photo associate (when she was actually at her station....we had to track her down on our return trip).

I would not suggest using this Walmart location for any of your photo needs. My experiences and products in the past have been below average in quality and clarity, yet I gave them multiple options to redeem themselves.
