At UNITED we see two facets of safety. First, our services are designed to cancel inherent safety hazards. The dirt, contaminants and foreign materials that we remove are fire sources and health dangers. Secondly, our services are always performed with proper safety equipment and procedures. We can deal with conditions that you may not want your personnel to handle, as all UNITED crews are trained to cope with problem situations or materials. We feel that safety should not be compromised either by conditions or the service performed to correct them. Since no two jobs have exactly the same requirements, UNITED crews are trained in all our service phases, and they know how to get the most from the UNITED equipment they use. That means your job is completed quickly and efficiently. Many of our personnel have been security cleared to work in areas containing sensitive equipment or information. Each job has a manager that is responsible for proper completion, and each UNITED crew is assigned a permanent working foreman to coordinate operations and act as project liaison. At UNITED, we do more than provide topnotch workmanship. We start by listening to you - superior service begins with discussing your needs before the job is scheduled. Then our staff designs a program that meets your needs. We work with you to schedule all necessary services at times that cause minimum disruption of your operation - night or day, at no extra charge in service costs. When we agree on a performance schedule, we show up on time. Additionally, once started, your work is continued until complete.
