I can not believe I did not find the great little spot sooner. The atmosphere is always lively! The food is great! Good luck finding parking on a Friday. They are always busy! And absolutely worth it. You walk in and can not help but just feel happy! Great food and great people. I recommend Rey Azteca to everyone I know that asks if I know a spot

Great little Mexican restaurant in Carmichael with an extensive menu. Everything is freshly made and very delicious. They also have a chip bar with wonderful salsas and specialty drinks for happy hour.

Good food here. Different variety of sauces. Inside is very small though. Can get crowded in the evenings.

The food is great but the place is small! We were shoulder to shoulder with the table next to us. I can't help but think their new breakfast location down the road will be the eventual home of the full restaurant.

If you love Mexican food then you're gotta try this place. Great food. I've never been disappointed!

Love this place! Food is awesome and portions are huge. The owners and servers are all friendly and helpful. We always enjoy our meals here. And they even have burgers and chicken tenders if mexican food isn't your thing.
