Mercy San Juan ER , This place should be shut down!! By far the worst service I have ever been given! The staff had me feeling like some kind of criminal from start to finish ! This was an OUTRAGE! and then came a man who claimed to be a "doctor" a DR. Duncan to be exact, He came in gave me one look and told me " you don't have cancer, that's just a tumor nothing to worry about, why did you even come here?" I was confused with this sudden diagnosis and asked him, " so there is no need to follow up? no Biopsy to really prove this isn't cancer? " Dr dumb said " Oh no your fine relax!!" Little did they know I have already been diagnosed by two other Doctors who were very concerned when they told me that I have about a year to live... I made the journey to Mercy San Juan Hospital with high hopes of a second opinion, And left with confusion after being treated like a piece of trash and being mis diagnosed . Watch out for this "Hospital" I advise to drive the extra miles needed to find a real "Hospital" Ive already contacted a attorney and proper action will be taken.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were treated well and with importance during our stay after I gave birth to my youngest.

I have had 2 kids and gallbladder surgery here. All 3 times were good experiences! The staff and all the doctors were great!

Very great staff. Everyone is friendly and the nurses are amazing. I had my twins here and everyone is so nice and supportive. They are very informative and caring. Not only was I taken care of but they made sure my fiancé was taken care of as well.

Have had multiple surgeries here and I am always treated well. From Patient Registration to the Housekeepers everyone is always kind and courteous.

Always have been treated fair at this emergency room. They seem to try there best to get you in and out. Of course there is usually a wait but they always seem to do what the can. Of course the bigger the emergency the quicker you are seen.

I've only experienced the ER and it's ALWAYS CROWDED. You just really need to bring your patients or find an alternative

Great anesthesiologist that works at Mercy San Juan. You can ask for a specific anesthesiologist when you have surgery. You definitely would be well off with Dr. Wolf.

Mercy San Juan is the only hospital I and my family go to. All the way from the emergency room, floors and surgery. The people who work their are beautiful caring and loving people. Surgery staff especially!! Management listens to you.

Well ended up at the er after an mishap at wrestling practice with my 8 year old son last night. All though er was packed with a lot of people who probably didn't need to be there. My son was seen, treated and we were out with in 3.5 hours the staff was amazing !!! Big thank you to er tech Tony and Dr Duncan you guys are amazing ����

When I was in a serious car accident the ambulance brought me here. I was frightened and in pain, but they staff assigned to me took care of me physically and was also emotionally supportive when I needed it.

Mercy San Juan was so patient with me and my family when my sister gave birth to my nephew there. We were a big group who was very excited and they were kind to us despite all the people coming and going.

Thank God for Mercy San Juan and the doctors, nurses, EMTs and all the staff that worked together quickly to save my husband's life. I can't thank them enough and will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They might not not be the friendliest people but I don't always blame them the patients I have seen come in have some of the worst attitudes toward the doc's & RN's! Patients yell, call them names& even beat them so I say they do a great job for the thing they have to put up with ! I know I was an operator for the phone company and working through the abuse is not easy!!!! Good job Mercy Hospital !

NO STARS!!!! I went into the emergency room with chest pain and a hard time breathing... they did an EKG, vitals and blood work..right away, then they told me to go sit in the lobby. 3 hours later I asked when I would be called back. I was told that I was next but if someone else can in that was worst than me, they would take them. That I understand but when I was told that I was next 4 more times and then told that I could be there all night made no sence. After 5 hours I asked again when they would be taking me back and the responce I got was that I could leave anytime I wanted too. I asked him if I feel out on the floor would they then take me back to a room to see the Dr., the receptionist said " That won't even get you a room". What Donky!!! The ER was dirty and they were so unorganized. There was a lady bleeding on the floor and they acted like she was a problem because they had to clean the floor of blood. She was scared and bleeding. They told her to sit down and wait. they had to change her bandage about 6 times in 1 hour. I couldnt believe they were not taking her back to see at the very least a nurse. I ended up leaving after 5 hours because I had not eaten, had a headache and just didnt want to hear " Your next" one more time just to have to wait even longer. So I left with chest pains and a hard time breathing...at 6:30pm I got a call from a Doctor. He said Your anemic but without putting my hands on you there's not much more I can tell you. But if you feel worst come back in and don't make me chase you down. I thought REALLY!! Why didn't you chase me down when I was in the emergency room when I needed the help!!! GOOD NIGHT DOCTOR!!!! I wont be back!!!!

This place stinks. It is filthy, the people are rude. Reason for me saying this is I went in for an extremely painful tooth infection and they placed me on antibiotics and I called back because they weren't working for me (a week later, still painful) and she said in a crabby tone, "see a dentist. antibiotics aren't going to take the infection away" so I'm like well then what the hell are they for!? I know I need to see a dentist, but not all of us have money OR medical benefits to get there teeth fixed. not to mention requesting time off work so I can go!! Of course I will go and I want to get it fixed but unless someone helps me I can't right now! Doesn't mean you shouldn't give me antibiotics! She said "we don't follow up over the phone, you'll have to come back in"
