I called this company to clean my carpets. They told me they would be at my house the next day between 9am-10am. I changed my work schedule to accommodate. By 10:15am they had not arrived. Therefore, I called them to find out where they were. They told me they would need to call me back in five minutes. At 10:30am I called them again and they told me they hadn't left their office yet, but they could leave right away if I still wanted them to come. They said they would be at my house by 11:00 am. At 11:10am they called and said their van broke down and they wouldn't be coming at all. I'm sure they’re just fine if you don't care if they show up.
