Very dissatisfied with waiting for an hour with healthy child just to make last shots.

Aside from the long wait and the 'too busy' attitude from the front desk lady, they have failed to correct mistakes within their database that they made to begin with, resulting in my son needing to be rescheduled a week off from the original appointment EACH TIME I Have BROUGHT HIM IN, (and all along hes sick). Finally got them to to figure out the mistake they were making with the insurance info, and my son was seen. The desk lady never even apologized, but rather made excuses as to why she made the mistake. Then they sent me home telling me my son was fine, but a day later I'm checking him into the ER with Pneumonia and a 103 degree temp.! I'm thoroughly upset that the people whom I trust with my baby's life are not on top of their jobs. Bad service during tough times equals angry Dad. Does anyone know how to file a formal complaint? I call the number but when I ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up on me. WOW

Found clinic thru yelp. Called and had an appointmentthe same day. Service was quick and my sons prescription was sent to the pharmacy electronically.
