I worked with Georgia about six years ago to rehab this rental, she was very professional. The new office manager, Jolia, was condescending and would not stop yapping when I called with complaints.
Painters painted most window sills in gloss finish.. but some were painted with flat paint.
Cleaner did a subpar job, even throwing away the boiler pan (said it was rusted).. but did not tell anyone. Did NOT CLEAN shower doors. Let them cloudy from soap. My realtor was able to clean them with plain window cleaner.

Jolia insisted that the cleaner would never toss out anything. But assured me once the cleaner admitted it, that she informed them not to do that again.

I am reluctantly paying the full overcharged amount to get this behind me. Selling the house. But I do not recommend this company unless Jolia is replaced by someone who understands that good service is how to run a business. Refunding the client for a $30 broiler pan, is how you fix that mistake NOT insisting that your team did more than what was asked (they didn't).
