My horse was treated after a trailer accident and I told the vet I was not insured. I was told to sue the trailing company and did. I paid several initial payments but fell into an additional hardship. I then gave my debit card to be charged monthly, could not be consistent but paid. The clinic refused to release medical records for the legal proceeding unless I paid first. I was forced to settle without getting reimbursed thousands of dollars for Vet charges since I could not produce the necessary records. They would have been paid in full. The clinic then put me into collections providing the collection company with all paperwork! I was warned by a Vet I worked with who has since left that the clinic that the staff could be difficult. That was an understatement.

My horses have been patients of this equine vet practice for 25 plus years. Having had our fair share of typical horse related emergencies and incidents- colics, lameness’s, bumped eyes and the like I have seen their vets many many times over the years. The office staff is courteous and quick to help. The veterinarians are professional, compassionate, quick to respond and I trust them completely with my horse’s well being. The practice has grown a lot over the years but the vets that join seem to stay around and there is no high rate of vet turn over with this practice. I personally love that. I would highly recommend this practice to all horse owners.
