Our prices are competitive, but our focus is more on providing quality services for you & your fluffy loved ones, than just being the cheapest out there. We will spend a significant amount of time caring for them and keeping them company while you are away, unless you specifically request that we only feed and water them. We can accept cash & credit cards. We prefer to have a meet & greet with all pets & their owners prior to performing any services for the safety of ourselves and your pet. We have seen many animals that get very nervous and scared when strangers come around without their parents there to introduce them. This is our preference but not a requirement unless they are special needs animals or have behavioral issues. *However, if you choose to decline a prior meet & greet to determine your pet's comfort level with us, and your pet(s) become aggressive or violent towards us when we arrive, we will call you to inform you of the incident but we will *NOT* perform services that would potentially put us in danger. *We have experience with animals that have special needs or behavioral issues. However, for pets of this nature we do *require* a sit down meet and greet with his/her pet parents prior to any actual services performed, that way they can get to know us before we are taking care of them without their mommy/daddy around. If we feel your pet will be unable to get comfortable with us caring for them while you are away, we will politely decline to offer our services. Typically this does not become an issue, as my husband is like the "every-type-of-animal-known-to-man-whisperer", but I feel it is smarter to inform ahead of time, just in case. I primarily do the typical care giving services such as feeding, medicines, waste clean up, etc. and he plays with, walks, & pets them to keep them happy and comfortable and having a good time while I handle the other responsibilities. Once they are fed and watered and any needed medicines administered we will walk them or play with them for the amount of time discussed prior to you leaving. Some pet parents prefer we are just in and out & leave, others don't want their pets sad and lonely while they are gone and prefer we spend some actual quality time with them each day. That is up to you to decide how long you would like us to spend with them each day. For dogs & walkable cats (yes there is such a thing!), we will even take them to the park with us for a few hours on weekends, weather permitting, if that is something you would like. Vet chauffeuring available; you MUST have a pet carrier for any animals we take to the vet for you.
