Provided by YP.comWe depended on H&R Block, who advertise themselves as full-service small business tax advisers, to tell us what to file and pay for our business taxes. They neglected to prepare and submit all the appropriate forms and payments our business should have submitted. We now have fines for $3,673 from the State. H&R Block refuses to take responsibility and reimburse, saying we should have known about that form they forgot. That's the whole point of going to H&R Block -- for them to tell us everything we need to do. They've left me holding the bag for thousands and thousands of dollars.
