My husband and I have been to this outlet a handful of times. Usually good for gift ideas and traveling bags for my husband. We went into the store a couple weeks ago and worked with a man named Juan this time. I usually shop quietly alone (by choice, my alone time) And I ask questions as needed. I asked Juan a couple questions about a bag.. I stressed I didn't like a couple functions on the bag. He immediately stated that "its okay you don't buy this, I have many other customers who will"

What kind of customer service is this? My husband got irritated and left the store. As a former customer I would have wished Juan would have just listened to my complaints on the bag and used his "selling skills" to find a better option for my husband.

We wont be back again. This place is hit or miss with customer service.
