These guys lied and stole they charged $132.00 for a $59 as stated one hour rental added on satellite radio that was not included and then put a hold on my AMEX for almost $500.00 and refused to remove it even after a month. Padding the bill every which way after several phone calls to management was told it could not be resolved because the Branch Manager Kyle was on Vacation.. Rent anywhere else!

Small dealership with very limited selection. My last two experiences I reserved small cars for good gas mileage. When I arrived they only had full size cars and "upgraded" me to vehicles I didn't want. Recommend going to a bigger dealership outside Carlisle.
