I had Justin install 3M Crystalline tint on my new car. There were major scratches in the one window. He graciously agreed to replace the tint on this window. When I pointed out the bubbles and wavyness of the tint on the back window he told me I was being picky and he refused to address the problem. After contacting 3M directly and sharing pictures, they said the problem was 100% installation error. Due to his unprofessional attitude, I have been working with 3M to find another installer that is trained in the proper installation of this tint. I would give no stars if possible.
