I took my HP computer to be cleaned up and do a virus scan on my device. After 2 weeks I called to see how they were making out. Found out they fried my system and tried to say that was the way i brought it in. I explained I was on my comp right before I brought it in and this was there error. After an argument they replace my HP comp with a piece of crap Acer. I spoke with the co owner and tried to express my opinion being I don't have much knowledge about computers. he pretty much called me a dumbf--ck and hung up on me. When I tried to resolve this with the owner no one ever returned my call. I've talked to about 4 other friends and clients who experienced the same service. I highly recommend to avoid taking ur comp to AArvark unless you want a fried hard drive.
