With the way things are going with this company they are lucky they are still up and running. Supervision isn't bad but it's getting worse, for instance there's a rigging Forman at the Phoenix Mine named Mike Trent. Knows less of what going on then the people he leads and his skill level is much lower. He brakes the rules and never gets in trouble or owns up to what he does. Stealing is a big no no these days but gets away with it. People like him need to looked over and removed from good company's before the company goes down
