WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I called Sliderman weeks ago because they claim to be the best. The opposite is the case. I asked them how much the work cost and they asked ME if I do measurements and tell them all details. It seemed odd that a customer does the measurements. I'm an Architect so I know how to do it. I talked to Kelly, one of the owners and gave her all the details accurately. She gave me a price that was high but unfortunately I trusted her, accepted weeks to wait. Turned out when they finally came they gave me a price of DOUBLE than what Kelly told me . We talked back and forth over an hour. They initially claimed it was much more work because there were 2 brackets that needed to be removed. Sliderman's POOR attempt to pull off more money was so annoying - I simply took the brackets off myself, it took me 10 seconds. Afterwards they still wanted that high price. The guys asked me to talk to Kelly again, she asked me to hand them the phone again and when they gave me the phone back she had already hung up. I STILL didn't know the right price so I had to call her again but she didn't know the price either so I had to interview the workers again. I NEVER HAD SUCH AN AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE! I told Kelly that our family gets together for Christmas in a few days and I waited for Sliderman for many weeks and now they almost force me to pay their high demand-twice the price from what I was being told! I felt they took advantage of my situation. I understand if there are certain price discrepancies but TWICE THE PRICE? After almost 1.5 hours they left and hadn't done anything. With all that unprofessional rude behavior Kelly even was OK that I would express my dissapointment by writing appropriate reviews. She didn't even care because they have enough business. I feel so sorry for all the customers who do NOT have the technical expertise I have and WILL feel ripped off by this UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE behavior.

We had a total of four doors redone with new and extra slider installation. We also chose to replace some handles and extra hardware. There was no pressure to purchase anything extra! The work was excellent, the workers (Jose and Jose B) were very professional, knowledgable, and personable. Highly recommend this company!

We needed our 24 year old sliders repaired. Sliderman's crew was excellent. We will highly recommend this company and their staff is the best!

These folks really know what they are doing! I would highly recommend this service. My doors roll better than they ever did and my wife is thrilled. Our neighbor told us about them and we are happy we called.

These people know sliding glass doors. They were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The two young men that did the work were very hard workers and had our doors sliding smoothly They leveled them and fixed them so no one could lift them up or out. They are better than new. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done, Spiderman!

I called SliderMan because our slidding door was difficult to open, close and lock. I saw the advertisement in The Home Magazine for SliderMan and decided to make the call. The person on the phone was very professional. She set a date, time, and talked with me about what they could do to correct the issues we were having. She took my cell phone number and explained that a reminder call would be made the day before our appointment and they would provide me with an approximate time of arrival. I received the reminder call as I was told and an approximate time of arrival. They came at said time, explained my choices, repaired my doors, cleaned the track and glass, cleaned up after themselves and away they went. WOW, I was impressed.......Called the office to tell them so and decided to write a review. If you have problems with your sliding glass doors this is the place to call. The doors open with ease and locks correctly. I couldn't be happier!! Make the call!!

These folks really know their stuff. They offered us better parts than the ones they took out and boy you sure can tell. Our doors never rolled this well even when they were new. Nice phone receptionists, knowledgable and curtious. They did everything they said they would and more. We were quite impressed with the crew they sent, they went over everything first explaining it all and we approved it before they started their work. Our neighbors let us know about them and said they had a great experience as well. I would feel good about recommending them to my friends and family. It was sure worth it, the results were amazing!

Five star service. It's always a pleasure working with the Sliderman people from start to finish. I recommend them highly to all my friends and neighbors and they all agree. I am a realtor and also do property maintenence and I have used them over and over again. They have proven to me that they really know what their stuff!

I had my 3-panel slider repaired. I guess the track was bad and the rollers went too. They were in and out in about 45 minutes. Had the work done nicely and now I can slide my door with just one finger. They also adjusted the door and re-attached the handle properly. Nice folks! Professional, clean, efficient and not very expensive. Much better than replacing the door!
