I had an excellent experience with JDL Surface Innovations! They installed a flake floor in my laundry room. They did an wonderful job and took great measure to keep the work area clean and neat - being considerate they were working in my home. I love my floor; it is so easy to clean and looks awesome.

I called and spoke to the owner of this company because at a project they were doing on Marco Island, they took our newspaper rack and used it to help secure a tarp they had erected for whatever reason. Besides taking up my time to locate the rack, it was also dirty, and muddy. Not a major issue,but still i felt impolite, and it doesnt belong to them so what right do they have to touch it? So instead of saying im sorry, my employees have everything they need in in order to do the job, and they shouldnt have taken it upon themselves to use something that doesnt belong to them, and i will b happy to call the foreman, and have him clean it off for you, and also speak to them about it, so this doesnt happen again, his answer was to be nasty, and intimidating, and just in general a jerk. "Whats the big deal" ?he says "why are you wasting my time with this?" "They are only using it for 6 hours max" "and it was near by" The big deal mr business man is that we all use "tools" of one kind or another, and today is the day the paper comes out, and i expected to be able to put my papers on the rack, and move on to my next stop. The big deal is it doesnt belong to you, and this company should have whatever it needs to do there job, without taking something that belongs to another business, and tossing it down on its side in the dirt and mud just because they feel like it! I wonder how that rude owner would like it if we took his jack hammer and used it and didnt put it back? And then to be so rude and nasty, and just to hang up on me, because "big deal, its just a paper rack" a paper rack is important to us, its how our customers are able to pick up our product. I will be sure to spread the word, perhaps they dont care about anything,? One things for sure, integrity isnt one of the tools this owner uses.
