I had several remnants bound into rugs and they came out great! I will be back for more in the future.

I first went into Britts after my soft floors had been repaired in my mobile home. Steve the manager helped me and was so very nice. He came out to my home to measure and we decided on the vinyl and the cost. His floor covering installer, Mark came to my home and laid all the vinyl and quarter round all by himself. He is a one man wonder. It is absolutely beautiful and I am so happy. Very meticulous and such a gentleman. I highly recommend Britts Carpet Outlet and the installer Mark. He is a professional with 30 years experience. I was blessed to have had them.

Remnants line the walls and lots of carpet in stock, so they were able to get me installed right away. Family owned business too!! Had shopped around and Britt's had better prices, choices and turnaround times.

I've been asking for an estimate for carpets but appear to be getting a run-around. Steve, the guy on the phone, said he sent me several emails but I received none. Their excuse that they are having internet problems and that he wasn't very good at emails. I then asked how much the estimate was the they put together, but they couldn't answer that saying they have a customer in the store. They sound pretty shady to me.
