Bought a new IPhone 5 S today. Other than sell me the phone with its new fees coupled with sales pitches how to save money on my plan they said they couldn't transfer my stuff from my previous phone to the new one only my contacts. Asked me for an excellent customer service rating before I left! Now I need to travel to an Apple Store where they can help me transfer my phone stuff to the new I5S. My sales person was glib and cavalier about how I could transfer old phone data to new phone never trying to assist, only concerned about his rating of assistance!
