I own multiple rental properties and Affordable Roofing replaced 4 roofs for me in the past 2 years....From start to finish they were done in 4 days and the work was beyond my expectations....Great company and great staff!

I had Affordable Roofing do the roof at my home and I am absolutely happy with their work and how professional they were, they started before I was told they would, they cleaned up and made sure everything was taken care of every night before they went home.

I am a general contractor and I’ve had them work on other projects with me and it was a pleasure to work with Affordable Roofing!!! I didn’t have to babysit them as I usually have to with subs; they did their job exactly how it needed to be done, and the fact that they also take care of all the permitting and inspections is a definite plus.

I have been recommending this company since 2009. After their best employee left, Paul, I've had the displeasure of dealing with the owner. After making 4 payments on my roof job, and staying in contact with "Dave" and REFERRING them a commercial roofing job of 4 buildings that they simply didn't care to bid on or respond - due to a small balance owed on my own personal roof job due to unforeseen circumstances. Not only does he "lien" my property, but has the audacity to call me a "con artist". Wait, it gets better, he then calls me to threaten to deposit a check given in April (final payment) which he had promised to hold, to then THREATEN TO file a report for a fraudulent check, AFTER DEPOSITING without my authorization the check on hold. Well, God is greater. Your evil deeds will and did not work. Also, LOOK at what they wrote on the invoice: "This woman needs to be nagged and visited after 5 pm" - very professional. Very courteous. I've seen your reviews on Google and it speaks volumes of your person.

I truly pray for you "owner", for your lack of heart, I pray that everything you do comes back to you three folds.

They did such a beautiful job! They were timely. Said theyd be here at 7am and they were..every night completely cleaned up the yard including picking up nails with a metal sweeper. They said the would have it completed in three days and they did!! Professional and stuck with their quote!!! Which by the way was better than our other 3 estimates!! Also they estimated theyd be here in 2 weeks and it was only one week! So awesome. We couldnt be happier!!!
