I love love LOVE the casino! I always have a great time! The hotel is wonderful, clean friendly and professional.. but.. don't ever call seven feathers, their customer service rep is VERY rude and unfriendly. She has an attitude and is very short. She hung up on me, she couldn't even finish her sentence before the call was ended! I am not pleased with the way the situation was handled. I work customer service and I know that sometimes there are bad days, but you never let a guest or customer see that! I called at about 2:10 pm on 01-28-14..

Had a great time, but....be prepaired when you reserve a table for the entertainer, during your stay you have to buy two drinks per person during the show, this is reqired and they don't tell you.
