This is a newer business but they need to work quickly on some basic hygiene to protect the customers. On my visit I saw the cook take a raw chicken kabob out of the fridge with gloved hands. He touched the raw chicken with his left hand (glove on). Then he casually wiped off the raw chicken sauce with a towel that was on the pita bread cutting board. He did not discard that glove and proceeded to touch a bunch of other prep items. Now, the person who handled my money went over and without washing her hands cut pita bread on the board with the dirty raw chicken towel. I could not look anymore and left. Tempted to call the health department.
